Binna Kandola

Professor Binna Kandola is a highly respected diversity, assessment, and development specialist with over 25 years of experience. He has completed numerous projects for public and private sector clients in the UK and abroad. As a business psychologist, senior partner, and co-founder of Pearn Kandola, his expertise lies in understanding and reducing bias, which he explores in his acclaimed book The Value of Difference: Eliminating Bias in Organizations (2012). Binna also co-authored other books, including Managing the Mosaic, which received special recognition at the 1994 Management Book of the Year Awards.
