James Beck

James Beck is a leading voice on kindness-driven cultural transformation and the neuroscience of service. His work challenges conventional notions of workplace wellbeing, showing how acts of service can shift mindsets, build stronger teams, and create a more fulfilled workforce. James’ journey began with a personal decision to give away all his possessions and serve one person or family in every state across the United States.
