Adam Fleming is the presenter of Newscast, the UK's most-listened-to daily podcast, and its spin-off TV show on BBC One. He recently streamed a live special during the General Election. Adam also hosts Radio 4's AntiSocial, which explores cultural issues. He created a radio documentary series on Boris Johnson and presents the Radio 4 series Brexit: A Guide for the Perplexed. He frequently substitutes for Evan Davis on PM. Adam published his first book, 50 Democracy Ideas You Really Need to Know, with Quercus, an imprint of Hachette. Previously, he served as the BBC's Chief Political Correspondent, delivering news from Westminster to a wide audience. As Brussels Correspondent, he reported extensively on Brexit negotiations and launched the popular podcast Brexitcast. He also contributed to the BBC's Daily Politics programme and began his career presenting Newsround on CBBC. Adam studied Geography at Hertford College, Oxford, and Broadcast Journalism at City University. He won Celebrity Mastermind with Roger Moore's James Bond films as his specialist subject and reached the final of the graduate edition of University Challenge.
