Aimee Fuller is a British slopestyle snowboarder who represented Great Britain at the 2014 and 2018 Winter Olympics. Born in Farnborough and raised in Keston, she moved to Washington D.C. at the age of 12, attending the British School of Washington. At 16, she returned to the UK and lived in Northern Ireland, where she attended Sullivan Upper School in Holywood.
Aimee is a two-time Team GB Winter Olympian, broadcaster, and media personality. As a professional snowboarder, she made history by becoming the first woman to land a double backflip in competition and finished in the top three of the World Cup Big Air standings. She has since transitioned to broadcasting, hosting features for BBC's Ski Sunday and presenting live sports for the BBC, Red Bull TV, and the Olympic Channel. In February 2022, she was named one of the faces of the Winter Olympic coverage.
Aimee's enthusiasm is evident in her work, including the documentary Running in North Korea, where she ran her first marathon in an isolated country. She also hosts the weekly podcast Monday Mile and her series with BBC Sounds, The Olympic Mile* and *Winter Olympic Mile.
In her book, Fear Less, Live More, Aimee shares insights on overcoming fear, drawing from her experiences as a professional athlete. She offers practical tools for goal-setting, consistency, and resilience, encouraging readers to confront their fears and embrace personal growth.
