Carina White

Carina White is a cultural commentator, broadcaster, and presenter based in Miami. She serves as Vice President of the Black Professionals Network's Miami Chapter and co-founded Black Mums Upfront, a podcast and community group focused on the experiences of black mothers. Carina is dedicated to addressing inequalities and driving change, participating in discussions and delivering talks for major brands like Deloitte, Superdrug, and Nike, as well as national media outlets. With over a decade of experience in sports and entertainment, Carina has managed the careers of well-known athletes and led campaigns for brands such as Nike, Dove, and Barbie. Her achievements earned her recognition in Voice Newspaper’s Ones To Watch and the We Are The City Rising Star Award. Carina appeared in the ITV documentary "Empire’s Child," which examined the legacy of the British Empire and its connection to her family. She became a regular guest on Channel 5’s Jeremy Vine Show, bringing her dynamic presence to the panel. She frequently contributes to Sky News, BBC, ITV, and Channel 4, discussing topics from parenting to diversity and entertainment. Carina is also the Head of Business and Brand Partnerships at BCOMS, a Board Member, a School Governor, and a podcaster for Dope Black Mums. She is an accomplished speaker, often engaged for events on sports, diversity, and related subjects. Carina began her career in football over ten years ago at Straight Ace Sports Management, where she quickly learned the ropes of player contract negotiation and media training. She later joined Tongue Tied Media, bringing her expertise in media, advertising, and event management. Carina actively participates in charitable initiatives that support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, making a significant impact in her community.
