Dominique Rose Van-Winther is a Chief AI Evangelist and public speaker dedicated to preparing executives and companies for the future of artificial intelligence. She leads Final Upgrade, an AI consulting firm that aims to empower organisations and their leaders. Final Upgrade operates under D-Central Ptd Ltd, a global advisory firm she co-founded. With over two decades of experience, Dominique has held significant roles in major consulting firms, including IPG, McCann WorldGroup, and WPP. She previously led the Asia-Pacific division for The Hoffman Agency, a tech-focused marketing communications firm based in Silicon Valley. As a prominent speaker on AI, Dominique has conducted over 50 training sessions and addressed thousands in the past year. She focuses on helping organisations develop AI strategies and enhance executive skills. Additionally, she serves as a Non-Executive Director for Synthar, a subsidiary of Trispectra AI, and invests in various deep tech and blockchain ventures. Dominique's expertise lies in building teams and driving strategic operations for both large corporations and startups. A Danish-American, she has lived and worked in several countries, including France, Russia, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Singapore.
