A six-time Olympic medalist across five Games from 2010 through 2026, Elana claimed gold in the monobob event at Milan Cortina after five previous medals in two-woman bobsled, and is a four-time World Champion and two-time Team USA flag bearer. She became the first woman to compete against men in bobsled and the first to win a medal in a men's World Cup event. She holds an MBA in Finance, a Master's in Sports Management, and served as President of the Women's Sports Foundation and on the President's Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition during the Biden administration, recognition that included the Wilma Rudolph Courage Award in 2022.
