Jo Fairley is a serial entrepreneur best known for creating the Green & Black's chocolate brand with her husband in 1991. The world’s first organic chocolate company and the first-ever product to carry the UK Fairtrade Mark, Green & Black’s is approaching a $100 million a year brand.
