She has held commercial positions in an FTSE50 organization, served as the Commercial Director for an independent wine importer, and successfully managed her consultancy, Tangerine Thistle, specialising in behavioural change. Her expertise has been sought after by diverse sectors, including higher education, retail, software, engineering, healthcare, and the armed forces, where she has delivered leadership development interventions.
