Nathan is a certified Executive High Performance & Resilience coach. He is a Double Olympian for Team GB and a sports scientist from one of the world's leading sports science universities - Loughborough University.
With an international career over 22 years at a world-class level, Nathan has truly lived and breathed high performance. His longevity in the field showcases his incredible resilience.
High performance extends beyond work or achieving specific goals. It encompasses our daily behaviors, habits, and mindset in both our personal and professional lives.
Nathan recognizes that our health and wellbeing are crucial elements in achieving and maintaining high performance.
Nathan's accomplishments include being ranked in the top three in the world twice and winning two European silver medals in the triple jump. He has also been crowned British Champion a record 8 times.
His role as a GB Team Captain is a testament to his resilience and ability to overcome challenges.
In addition to his athletic achievements, Nathan is a certified Executive Coach and NLP Practitioner and has received training in mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy at The Oxford University Mindfulness Centre. He serves as the workplace wellbeing lead at 7Futures, a corporate resilience and wellbeing company.
Nathan's mission is to help people move beyond mere functioning and truly flourish, performing at their best. He believes in taking a science-led and evidence-based holistic approach to high performance and wellbeing, considering the whole person.
