Pat Wadors

Pat Wadors, Chief People Officer at UKG, is a prominent HR leader and strategist recognised for her contributions to the technology sector. She has played a significant role in transforming workplace culture at various companies, including LinkedIn, where she helped triple the workforce in two years. At UKG, she oversees essential HR functions that enhance the employee experience for over 14,000 staff members, focusing on talent acquisition, development, compensation, employee feedback, and workplace services. Her goal is to ensure that every employee benefits from their time at UKG, from initial contact as candidates to becoming brand ambassadors after leaving the company. Before her tenure at UKG, Pat served as Chief People Officer at Procore Technologies, guiding the company through significant growth. She was also Chief Human Resource Officer at ServiceNow, where she managed global employee resources and talent. Her extensive experience includes leadership roles at LinkedIn, Plantronics, Twitter, Align Technologies, and Yahoo!. Pat is currently a board member of Accolade, Inc. and Moloco, Inc., and has previously served on the boards of UKG, Zenefits, El Camino Hospital, and Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara County.
