Tatty Macleod is a French-British stand-up comedian and social media star based in London. Known as "that French TikTok lady," she has over 548,000 followers on Instagram and TikTok, where she shares her humorous insights on French and British culture.
Born in Zimbabwe and raised in France by British parents, Tatty deeply understands code switching and the experience of being a third culture kid. She graduated from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and began her career in theatre, writing and directing for venues like the Lyric Hammersmith, Theatre 503, and the Southwark Playhouse.
Shifting her focus to comedy, Tatty has performed across Europe and is a regular at major UK clubs, including the Comedy Store and the Glee Clubs. Her debut comedy hour, FUGUE, inspired by her bilingual and bicultural background, sold out at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She is currently on tour with the show, having sold over 10,000 tickets, including four nights at the Soho Theatre and two at the Clapham Grand. Tatty also contributes to the i-Paper and is developing her first non-fiction book.
