Yotam Ottolenghi - Speaker

Yotam Ottolenghi is the chef-patron of the Ottolenghi delis and Rovi restaurants. His bestselling cookbooks, including Ottolenghi: The Cookbook, Jerusalem, Plenty, and Simple, have sold over six million copies worldwide, establishing him as a significant figure in British cuisine. His television career began with the award-winning Jerusalem on a Plate, followed by series such as Ottolenghi's Mediterranean Feasts and Ottolenghi's Mediterranean Island Feasts, along with guest appearances, including on MasterChef Australia.
