He regularly presents the BBC's coverage of the RHS Flower Shows and has appeared on The One Show, DIY SOS, and The Alan Titchmarsh Show.
He also hosts the Gardener's World Podcast, Adam Frost Grows and Cooks.
In addition to running his own garden design and landscape business, he serves on the board of the Horticulture Trades Association and is an RHS Ambassador.
