Henry Nelson-Case is a lawyer and content creator whose work sits at the intersection of law, workplace wellbeing and digital storytelling. With a strong presence online and in person, Henry uses his platforms to explore and challenge corporate norms that negatively impact mental health, particularly within high-pressure professional environments.
After qualifying as a solicitor, Henry built a career spanning both private practice and in-house counsel roles. These experiences gave him first-hand insight into the cultural issues that can undermine wellbeing in the workplace. Rather than staying silent, he began using social media to share observations with a blend of humour and clarity that struck a chord with professionals navigating similar pressures. His candid and often sharp reflections on work-life balance, leadership behaviour and generational perspectives have made him a distinctive voice in the legal and corporate space.
Henry has delivered talks at leading institutions including Oxford and Cambridge universities, appeared on BBC World News, and spoken at conferences and within organisations across the UK. His TEDx talk explored the effects of toxic masculinity on men’s mental health, adding to his broader mission of normalising open conversations around emotional wellbeing.
Alongside his speaking and legal work, Henry is co-founder of a company that helps law firms harness short-form video for professional storytelling, and of a creator community that supports content creators navigating the digital space. Whether addressing law students, senior partners or cross-industry audiences, Henry’s message is consistent: workplace culture needs to evolve, and mental health must be part of that conversation.
Unlock workplace potential with Henry Nelson-Case, a qualified lawyer, TEDx speaker, and mental health advocate. His insights on corporate culture and wellbeing provide actionable strategies for teams. Book now to transform workplace dynamics and foster a healthier environment.
