Andrew Trimble

Andrew Trimble is a former rugby player and entrepreneur whose journey from the pitch to the boardroom offers valuable insights into teamwork and leadership. With a huge career at Ulster Rugby, where he earned 229 caps and 70 international appearances for Ireland, Andrew has a wealth of experience in high-pressure environments. After retiring from rugby, Andrew co-founded Kairos, a software company that enhances performance and communication for elite sports teams.
