With a distinguished career at Ulster Rugby, where he earned 229 caps, and 70 international appearances for Ireland, Andrew has a wealth of experience in high-pressure environments. After retiring from rugby, Andrew co-founded Kairos, a software company dedicated to enhancing performance and communication for elite sports teams. Under his leadership, Kairos gained recognition for its innovative approach, working with prominent football teams in the Premier League and major franchises in MLB and the NBA. The company was acquired by Teamworks Innovations, where Andrew now serves as a Senior Director of Product.
