Charlie Hodgson is a former Sale Sharks, Saracens, and England international rugby player. Throughout his 17-year career, he achieved numerous accomplishments, including winning the Guinness Premiership with Sale Sharks and securing multiple Domestic and European premiership titles with Saracens. After retiring from rugby, Charlie transitioned into a professional leadership coach. His focus is on assisting busy professionals who struggle with the high expectations and pressures of work and life. Drawing from his extensive experience in elite sports, he has developed a unique approach to help business owners and leaders develop and maintain high levels of performance, especially when faced with significant pressure.
