Carlos holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Católica Argentina and a PhD from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He currently teaches at Universidad San Pablo CEU and on the Master's in Journalism at El Mundo. He has authored thirty books, translated works by prominent economists, and serves as a columnist for Expansión and La Razón whilst appearing daily on Onda Cero radio. He is a member of the Colegio Libre de Eméritos and a corresponding member of the National Academy of Economic Sciences in Argentina.
