Dr Chris Arnold is a former Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi. He has collaborated with major brands, over 20 charities, and various start-ups, including a political party. He founded the first creative, ethical marketing agency and established Creative Orchestra and The Garage Innovation Lab.
One of PepTalk's wonderful exclusive speakers, Chris is an expert in ethical marketing and wrote the book Ethical Marketing & The New Consumer. He contributed to Brand Republic’s ethical marketing blog for nearly a decade and has written for publications such as the Financial Times. He has also appeared on television multiple times.
His specialisations include social impact strategy, community engagement, and audio branding. He is a guest lecturer and adviser to Bournemouth University’s MA Advertising course. He has lectured at several institutions, including St Martins College of Art and the London College of Communications.
As a leading advocate for neurodiversity, Chris founded Dyversity Lab, a global collective of high-performing neurodiverse individuals. He identifies as a neurodivergent thinker, being dyslexic and having ADHD. His approach to neurodiversity in the workplace transcends traditional diversity, equity, and inclusion sessions, offering immersive experiences that encourage participants to think differently.
Chris has held various leadership roles, including board director of the DMA and chair of the DMA Agencies Council. He is the author of FLIP—Unthink Everything You Know, which will be published soon. He founded FEEL, one of the first ethical marketing agencies, and co-founded My Social Impact, a consultancy focused on social purpose and impact.
He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and the Network One Sustainability Group. Chris has spoken at over 200 conferences globally, sharing insights on marketing ethics, sustainability, and the value of neurodiversity in business.
