Emma acts as a “doula for change,” guiding clients through leadership challenges, professional growth, and personal transformation, and is adept at managing complexity. Throughout her career, Emma has championed the rights and talents of disabled individuals, particularly those from neurominorities. She co-designed and now delivers several impactful courses, including Neuro-inclusive Training Practices and the Neurodiversity Champions Programme, equipping leaders and teams to create more inclusive workplaces.
