Jack Villiers, a coach, business mentor, ceremonialist, speaker, and founder of Human Work, has always been drawn to leadership roles. From sports to friendship groups and projects, Jack naturally facilitated and connected people, unknowingly preparing for his future career.
Jack found significant success in the technology sector, working with companies like Monzo, Just Eat, MoonPay, and incident.io. Each role demanded deeper leadership and greater responsibility, revealing to him that coaching was a powerful tool for unlocking potential. He trained with the British School of Coaching, which set the course for his future.
In his mid-twenties, Jack realised that material success did not equate to fulfilment. He recognised the need to address his relationship with trauma and masculinity. This introspection led him to Sacred Sons, a global organisation promoting healthy masculinity. Jack was invited to lead their European movement, conducting retreats worldwide to help men improve their lives and relationships.
Understanding the importance of this work for both men and women, Jack founded Human Work in 2023. He now runs Human Work trainings across Europe, dedicated to fostering genuine human connection.
