Jason Kenny, a pro-cyclist, dominated junior competitions in 2006, claiming triple gold at both World and European championships.
Debuting in the World Cup later that year, he swiftly contributed to a British victory in Moscow. Despite relative inexperience, Jason's selection for the Beijing Olympics marked a turning point.
At the 2008 Olympics, he played a pivotal role in setting a new world record in the team sprint and clinched gold against French rivals. In the individual sprint, he surged through heats until compatriot Chris Hoy defeated him.

His marriage to Laura Kenny (Trott), an Olympic cyclist too, added to their shared achievements. In 2022, they became the first married couple to receive knighthood and damehood in the same UK honours list.
