Marcus Wareing is one of the most recognisable figures in British cookery, known both for his culinary achievements and his contribution to mentoring the next generation of chefs. Raised in Southport, Marcus began his career in hospitality at 18, working at the Savoy Hotel before gaining experience in kitchens across Europe and the United States. His time working with Gordon Ramsay was formative, culminating in a Michelin star at just 26.
