Mark Cuddigan joined Ella's Kitchen in August 2011, attracted to a company whose founding mission is to improve children's lives through the development of healthy relationships with food. This purpose is deeply ingrained in the business and remains a guiding principle to this day.

In February 2016, Ella's Kitchen became certified as a B Corporation, making it only the second company to achieve this status while being part of a PLC. Mark is also a member of the B Lab board, a UK registered charity that supports certified B Corps in the UK. These are businesses that prioritize the well-being of people, the planet, and profit equally.

One concrete example of this commitment is Ella's goal of becoming net zero by 2030.

Ella's Kitchen was acquired by The Hain Celestial Group Inc. in May 2013. Since then, the brand has expanded its presence to over 33 countries. It's worth noting that every second of every day, someone, somewhere around the world, consumes an Ella's Kitchen product.

Prior to joining Ella's, Mark had worked in the FMCG industry and had run his own companies for 15 years. Mark is a passionate advocate of using business as a force for good, and his leadership at Ella's exemplifies how a business can be both profitable and purposeful.
