Tobi Asare's journey took a new direction when she became the first person in her office to go through maternity leave. This experience sparked her interest in the challenges and successes that working mothers face. Inspired by her own journey, Tobi made it her mission to support other mothers and mothers-to-be. She created My Bump Pay, a platform that empowers women to achieve their career goals while navigating the demands of motherhood.
Tobi's educational background includes studying Law at the University of Manchester and BPP Law School in London. With over a decade of experience, she has worked closely with talented entrepreneurs, helping them build successful businesses.
Tobi was crucial in developing client service teams and managing commercial relationships within significant investment and corporate entities. Currently, Tobi serves as a director on the board of one of the largest media companies in the UK. She leads the business development, marketing, and PR divisions in this position.
Her firsthand experience of balancing work and parenting greatly influences her approach to her work. Tobi's expertise and passion for supporting working mothers led her to write her debut book, The Blend. This book offers a candid and practical guide to managing both career and family life.
Her work has gained recognition, and she has collaborated with renowned publications and organizations such as the Financial Times, Sheerluxe, DCMS, Meta, and The Baby Show.
