Mellody Hobson is a businesswoman and Co-CEO of Ariel Investments, a firm focused on the needs of African American investors. She began her career at Ariel after studying at Princeton University, working her way up to president and co-CEO. Hobson has served as a regular financial contributor for CBS News and on the boards of Starbucks and JPMorgan Chase, and in 2015 she was named to Time magazine's list of the 100 most influential people in the world.

Baratunde Thurston
Baratunde Thurston is an American writer, comedian and commentator.
