May 2027 is the strongest month of the year for wellbeing programming. Mental Health Awareness Month runs across the US, Mental Health Awareness Week follows in the UK, and Global Accessibility Awareness Day sits in the same fortnight. Two bank holidays bookend the month in the UK, and the sporting calendar is unusually crowded: the Kentucky Derby on day one, Eurovision from Bulgaria mid-month, the FA Cup final, the Premier League's closing day and the Indianapolis 500 all before the month is out. Note that the Champions League final falls just outside this month, on 5 June 2027 at the Estadio Metropolitano in Madrid.
