Adrian's journey began after he graduated with a first-class degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics. He started his career with the Fittipaldi team and later joined March Engineering, where he discovered his true passion for designing racing cars. His skills and dedication led to great success in the IMSA GTP and CART series. In 1987, Adrian entered Formula One, working for March and later Leyton House Racing. His exceptional abilities caught the attention of Williams, and in 1991, he joined the team. Adrian's career reached new heights when he moved to McLaren in 1997, where he continued to showcase his brilliance. Since joining Red Bull Racing in 2006, Adrian has profoundly impacted the team. His innovative designs have resulted in numerous victories, including the RB7, which propelled Sebastian Vettel to become the youngest double champion in F1 history. Adrian's remarkable success earned him an OBE, and he led Red Bull Racing to win the F1 World Constructors' Championships for four consecutive years, from 2010 to 2013.
