Her remarkable journey began as a founding member of the British American Racing team, where she helped establish the organisation from the ground up alongside world champion Jacques Villeneuve. Nicole's career took her to the forefront of Formula 1, where she played an instrumental role in the Brawn Grand Prix team's transformation, which culminated in winning both the Drivers' and Constructors' World Championships in 2009.
As Head of Internal Communications for the Mercedes-AMG F1 Team, Nicole oversaw communications for a team of 1,300, contributing to the cultivation of a strong team culture and record-breaking performance.
