Perky Noah-Effik is the co-founder and Head of Operations at The Black and Brilliant Advocacy Network (B&BAN). Her advocacy group is dedicated to diversifying the workforce, focusing on up-skilling and coaching high-potential Black talent globally.
Perky has successfully developed and implemented various programs and initiatives with major organizations such as NBCUniversal, Meta, Buzzfeed, Etsy, Codecademy, LinkedIn, BRiM, R/GA, and DoubleVerify. These include mentoring programs, educational courses, award initiatives, workshops, panels, and events.

In addition to her work with B&BAN, Perky serves on the Advisory Board for BRiM and holds the role of Art Co-chair for the Executive Committee Board at the United Nations International School in New York. She also actively volunteers in her community.
