Key topics about

  • Mental Health Champion and DE&I Lead
  • Advocate for neurodivergent employee support
  • Founder of Our Honest DIY company
Phoebe Green is a late-diagnosed ADHDer with a wealth of experience working in the corporate world in the UK and USA. Her keen interest in how companies can support employee well-being led to her nomination to become a Mental Health Champion at work and a DE&I lead at the world's largest marketing and communications company. After spending eight years in the healthcare industry, Phoebe is well-versed in the impact that gender bias plays, especially in the neurodivergence space. Whilst we wait for the clinical trials and scientific research to catch up, Phoebe focuses on researching real-world evidence and trialling the practical changes that can be made in the day-to-day working lives of neurodivergent people. These changes can vary in size, but many easy solutions can be implemented immediately to help support neurodivergent employees and their employers. Phoebe studied Law at Edinburgh University and has worked in corporate finance, wealth management, legal publishing and healthcare communications. She has worked at companies with a range of employees from 6 to 100,000 and has seen first-hand what can make or break the success of the neurodivergent workforce. Having recently gone through the diagnosis process herself, Phoebe can also advise on the available support, programs and advice for both employees and employers. Phoebe recently launched her own company, Our Honest DIY, which encourages people to get involved with DIY, after realising the positive impact it has on busy minds and the difference that a few small changes at home can make. The long-term goal of the company is to design and build furniture and interiors that better suit neurodivergent individuals.
