Toni Horn is a neurodiversity educator dedicated to fostering inclusive environments for neurodivergent individuals. With over five years of experience in delivering impactful talks and training, she focuses on workplace inclusion, well-being, and the unique strengths that neurodiversity brings to organisations.
Toni's journey into the realm of neurodiversity is both personal and professional. Living with dyslexia, ADHD, and autism, she transformed her early challenges into a source of strength. This personal experience fuels her passion for empowering others and advocating for the recognition of neurodiversity as an asset rather than a hindrance. Her professional background includes a 17-year tenure at Barclays, where she held various roles, culminating in her position as the UK Neurodiversity Co-Chair Support Lead. In this role, she championed neurodiversity awareness and coached colleagues, paving the way for her establishment of Think Differently Consulting in 2022.
As the founder of NeuroEmpower CIC, Toni combines her lived experiences with evidence-based strategies to help organisations create supportive and adaptive environments.
