Sajel Bellon, a neuro-behavioural science professor and psychotherapist, is the founder of Mind Armour & SOS Psychotherapy. Her mission is to destigmatise the suicidal mind and promote post-traumatic growth. She focuses on implementing integrated, research-based strategies for mental health education and systemic cultural change, particularly in high-stress and emergency sectors. Sajel specializes in assisting individuals in demanding professions, such as first responders, healthcare professionals, lawyers, leaders, and those going through significant life changes like divorce or retirement. Her approach involves tailored, multidisciplinary strategies to improve clients' self-understanding, relationships, and professional and personal environments.
