Tristan Lavender is a leading expert on neurodiversity and workplace inclusion. He combines personal insight as an autistic individual with over 15 years of international corporate experience. He is an independent speaker in addition to his corporate career, helping organizations unlock the potential of neurodiversity through keynotes and sessions that audiences have described as “authentic”, “actionable”, and “highly inspiring”. Tristan doesn’t just talk the talk – he’s walked the walk. As the founder and chair of a neurodiversity employee resource group (ERG) at a large multinational company, he has spearheaded initiatives with senior leaders and HR teams to raise awareness of neurodiversity, drive organizational change, and foster a culture of belonging for everyone.
