From Words To Action: How To Be An Anti-Racist Brand
Most brands want to have a positive impact on the world around them, not just to avoid doing harm. However, the fear of getting called out, doing the wrong thing, or being seen as political often stops brand teams in their tracks. Overcome these barriers by equipping your teams to tackle racism proactively, positively and without fear with Collette Philip.
Unlock Your Inner Changemaker
Driving change isn’t easy. But people often relinquish the power they do have, holding back, taking a passive stance and looking to others to take the first step. In this session, Collette Philip explores why we often just stand by and do nothing and teaches your team how to make an impact instead.
The Power Of Personal Brand For The Global Majority
Building a powerful personal brand is a useful asset for anyone – but if you’re from a minoritised community, it’s a workplace must. Stereotypes, microaggressions and years of being told you don’t fit in can erode your ability to show up, stand up and be yourself. To combat this, Collette Philip is here to equip, encourage, and empower minoritised communities to build their personal brands authentically.
Embrace Your Entrepreneurial Energy
Entrepreneurs have vision, take calculated risks, take ownership, and are accountable. But you don’t have to run your own business to bring this energy into your career. Learn how to embed the innovative learning and growth mindset of an entrepreneur, no matter who you work for or what you do with Collette Philip.
From Meh To ME - Finding Purpose Through Passion
Purpose and passion are inextricably linked - it’s what excites us which often drives our sense of purpose. Purpose is a journey of discovery over time, finding activities that align with our passions and what the world needs. It’s about having a consistent sense of purpose rather than finding a single, ultimate goal. By connecting our work to the things we're passionate about, Collette Philip is here to help you uncover a meaningful sense of purpose in your life.

How do I book a speaker with PepTalk?

What logistics should I prepare before my speakers arrive?

Before your speakers arrive, confirm AV is tested, a green room is ready, and printed schedules are on hand. Prepare warm introductions for each speaker and brief your team on timings. PepTalk speakers come fully briefed, making event-day logistics smoother and stress-free from the start.

What's the difference between a keynote speaker, an MC, and event entertainment?
