Topics, sessions and talks

Mindset And Mindfulness

Daniel Martin Rynerson examines the Western concept of mindset, covering psychological traits, mental framing, and motivation, alongside Eastern mindfulness practices that point toward the deeper nature of consciousness. Participants confront common facts and myths about the brain, unpacking how mental habits shape wellbeing and our broader sense of existence. The session leaves attendees with a clearer view of how the mind-body system evolves and how they can take a more active role in shaping it.

The Concept Of Self: Mind-Body System

This session looks at how people cling to a self-created concept of who they are, often living more inside that internal narrative than in their actual reality. Daniel Martin Rynerson explores how this view of the self shapes the nervous system, influencing emotions, motivation, and behavior. Drawing on psychology, neuroscience, and Eastern philosophy, the workshop helps attendees see how personal identity forms and how it shapes their outlook on themselves, other people, and the world around them.

The Science Of Consciousness

Part lecture and part active discussion, this session dives into the science of consciousness, covering the latest theories on its origins, purpose, and how it interfaces with material reality. Daniel Martin Rynerson draws on psychology, biology, chemistry, neuroscience, and philosophy to explore multiple lenses on a question people have studied for centuries. Through lecture, discussion, and open questions, attendees leave with a grounded sense of how brain and body activity give rise to everyday subjective experience.

Meditation And Self Realization

Daniel Martin Rynerson looks at the role mindfulness plays in exploring the self and the drive toward higher self realization, including how the mind engages the chakra-meridian systems and the symbolism attached to each. The session traces how the ancient Chinese energy meridian system parallels the body's lymph, oxygen, and blood flow, and how the yogic chakra system parallels the body's glands. Attendees come away with a broader view of the science, mythology, and archetypal energy behind expanded states of consciousness.

Your Brain On Music

Daniel Martin Rynerson explores how music affects the nervous system, triggering brain activity that enhances memory, inspires movement, and stirs emotion strongly enough to shift someone's state of mind. Music reflects the development of language, rhythm, and mathematics, and every culture in history has built traditions around it. He shows how rhythm and sound can strengthen learning through pattern recognition, build connection through shared rhythms, and help people process emotion through expression and identification with sound.

It was really helpful for me. I took a lot with me, just even how im conscious of my thought patterns that I want to change or some different habits I felt I had better tools to be able to work on. And I just learned a lot in general

Does PepTalk charge a booking fee?

No. PepTalk adds no booking fee, so you pay the speaker's fee and nothing beyond it. The service, from shortlist through to contracts and event-day logistics, is included. For repeat or multi-event bookings, PepTalk can agree preferential rates with your procurement team.

What happens after I send a brief?

Share your event date, audience, format, objectives and budget, and PepTalk sends a hand-picked shortlist within 24 hours. Each suggestion comes with a profile, a fee and a recommendation on the strongest fit. Once you choose, PepTalk handles contracts, travel and logistics through to event day.

What does the typical fee range mean?

The typical fee range is the speaker's standard in-person fee in their home market, shown in their local currency. It moves with format, location, date and session length: virtual sessions and shorter slots usually cost less, while international travel and peak dates cost more. Send your brief to PepTalk and the team will confirm the exact fee in your currency.

Have all the speakers on the website worked with PepTalk before?

Not all of them, and it makes no difference to your booking. PepTalk's network of 15,000+ speakers covers talent the team works with directly alongside speakers represented by agents and agencies worldwide. PepTalk approaches the speaker, negotiates the fee and handles contracting either way.

How far in advance should I book a speaker?

Three to six months ahead is comfortable for most events, and 12 months is better for large conferences, peak-season dates or one specific in-demand speaker. Shorter timelines are workable, and PepTalk regularly fills last-minute and replacement bookings within days. Availability is the constraint, so get in touch as soon as you have a date.
