Holly began her professional journey in the Royal Navy, where she honed her skills in resilience and determination. Transitioning to the technology sector, she took on the role of Incident Response Recruitment Consultant, which allowed her to engage closely with cyber security professionals. Her academic background includes a BSc in Criminology and Cybercrime from the University of Portsmouth and an MRes in Humanities and Social Sciences, further solidifying her knowledge in the field.
Currently, Holly serves as the Head of Neurodiversity in Cyber Research and Consulting at Scott and May Consulting. In this role, she focuses on helping organisations understand and implement neurodiversity initiatives, ensuring that autistic candidates are actively recruited and retained. Her commitment to fostering an inclusive culture extends to her positions as a Committee Member of the BCS Neurodiverse IT Specialist Group and an Advisory Board Member at The Cyber Express.
