Beginning his career as a football coach, he progressed to first-team coaching roles at clubs including Brentford, Brighton and Crystal Palace before transitioning into performance psychology. His academic background includes an MSc in Sport Sciences with Distinction, and he is a BASES-accredited psychologist trained in a range of therapeutic techniques including CBT, NLP and solution-focused approaches.
Roberto served as the National Psychology Manager for the Lawn Tennis Association, where he played a central role in creating the support team behind Andy Murray’s rise to three Grand Slam titles and Olympic gold. His work with athletes spans a wide range of sports, from boxing and judo to athletics and tennis. He has worked with eight Premier League football clubs, helped world champions prepare for pivotal moments, and contributed to success stories across the Olympic spectrum.
In addition to his sporting achievements, Roberto has brought his expertise to major global organisations including BBC Studios and Marubeni Corporation. His long-standing relationship with the BBC has seen him contribute psychological insight to TV and radio for over 25 years.

- We’ll take your event details — topic, audience, budget, date, and location — and create a custom speaker proposal for you within 48 hours.
- If you already have someone in mind, that’s okay too; just let us know their name! Even if they aren't listed publicly on our website, we have a huge network and work with almost everyone.
- Once you've reviewed our speaker propsal and have selected and expert shortlist, we'll double check availability and fees with your chosen expert.
- You're welcome to have a chemistry call with the speaker before making the final decision, too.
- Next, we'll send out contracts to confirm the booking. One of our experienced event producers will liase with both you and the talent on the finer details, and arrange travel if necessary, taking the stress off your plate.

Comedians generally start at £1,500 or $2,000 for a 20-minute set.
