Tracey Groves helps leaders navigate the complexities of ethical decision-making in modern business. As Director of Intelligent Ethics Limited, she advises organisations on integrating integrity and governance into core operations while addressing emerging challenges in AI ethics and digital transformation.
Tracey previously served as Senior Corporate Governance Partner at PwC UK and established the Sustainable Business and ESG Advisory Practice at DWF LLP as a senior equity partner. She is an Independent Panel Adviser on Corporate Governance and Culture for the Financial Reporting Council and a Visiting Fellow at the IDEA Centre, University of Leeds. Her work has been recognised through honours including ESG Power Player from Financier Worldwide, Top Consultant for Excellence in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and repeated FT Executive Champion of Women in Business awards.
As a chartered accountant, certified organisation development consultant, and accredited executive coach, Tracey brings over 30 years of practical experience to her work.
