Lewis Hatchett had an extraordinary career in first-class cricket, defying all odds, before retiring at 26 due to medical advice. Despite being born with Poland Syndrome, which resulted in the absence of his right pectoral muscle and two ribs, Lewis managed to achieve the seemingly impossible by becoming a professional cricketer.
Drawing on his experiences in professional sports and his condition, Lewis helps others develop the character that enables them to achieve their ambitions. He moves the conversation on mental health to more action steps to create mental strength that allows one to take on the challenges of the world.
Lewis founded MindStrong Sport, an app designed specifically for athletes using meditation, courses, exercises, and more to develop mental skills, mental health, and performance in sport. He works with a range of athletes, founders, and corporate organisations to improve confidence, resilience, motivation, performance, and wellbeing.
