For more than 25 years, Marina has worked with leaders, teams and organisations navigating cultural differences in global workplaces, multicultural teams, and periods of organisational change. She created the GLOBE+ Framework, which builds three critical capabilities: self-awareness, cultural awareness and adaptability. Marina's own path, as the daughter of an Egyptian father and a German mother who moved her career from Germany to the UK, shapes how she helps leaders read behaviour that is often misread.
