Naomi has delivered training to various organizations, including Google, YouTube, NBC Universal, IPA, and MTV, showcasing her expertise in Diversity & Inclusion.
In 2015, she was honoured with the IDOX award for journalism, recognizing the significant impact of her work in empowering local individuals and creating vibrant communities for them to thrive.
Naomi is also the founder and director of Billionaire Ladies Club, a global network of ambitious women striving to make a difference through entrepreneurship.
