She later co-founded SAITA Consulting, a firm dedicated to supporting small and medium-sized businesses. Her extensive experience includes roles at Heidrick and Struggles and the Confederation of Indian Industry, where she honed her skills in business development and strategy.
In addition to SHEROES, Sairee founded Mahila Money, a neobank designed to provide women with access to productive capital, and Appreciate Capital, a venture fund focused on supporting women founders and socially responsible companies. Sairee was recognised as a finalist for the Cartier Women's Initiative Award for her commitment to women's economic empowerment.
