Simon Hofer
Simon Hofer helps leaders communicate with clarity, trust, and impact in the age of AI. A leadership communication expert, keynote speaker, and bestselling author, he created the Triple Impact Communication Model, now backed by Swiss government research funding.

Simon Hofer is an entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and bestselling author who helps leaders communicate with authenticity, clarity, and impact, even as artificial intelligence reshapes how organisations connect.
He is the creator of the Triple Impact Communication Model, developed with Kai Dahlhaus and now supported by Innosuisse, the Swiss Innovation Agency, through research with the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Simon co-founded and leads the Swiss Academy, a leading training provider for executive communication and presentation skills.
Drawing on 25 years of international business experience across SMEs, corporations, and start-ups, including a successful exit, he translates communication into everyday leadership practice. His own path, from losing everything after a failed start-up to rebuilding and selling a company six years later, shapes how he teaches leaders to communicate openly under pressure.
In 2020 he published The 95/5 Formula, which reached number two on Switzerland's business bestseller list, and since 2024 he has co-hosted SPEAK DIFFERENT, a talk format reaching more than 100,000 viewers an episode. Audiences leave able to build trust through presence, lead change people actively support, and work with AI without losing the human factor.
Book Simon Hofer to help your leaders become people others choose to follow.
Topics, sessions and talks
Artificial intelligence now handles more of the communication that once defined organisations, which makes authentic, empathetic human communication the real differentiator. Simon Hofer shows leaders how to embrace AI without losing the human factor: communicating credibly, using emotional intelligence as a leadership strength, and building trust with employees, customers, and stakeholders. Drawing on his work with SMEs, corporations, and top executives, he leaves audiences clear on where AI helps, where it falls short, and how to lead through the difference.
Change lasts only when the people living it become active participants, and that begins with how leaders communicate. Simon Hofer combines international business experience with training in communication and neuroscience to show how change can be made clear, credible, and human. He covers addressing resistance constructively, involving employees in the process, and holding trust through uncertain phases. Audiences take away a practical way to communicate change they can apply immediately, from someone who has shaped and delivered it himself.
The era of leading through hierarchy, pressure, and volume is closing. Simon Hofer sets out what replaces it: leaders who use presence and communication to give direction, build trust, and inspire people to follow by choice. He shares five communication and presentation skills leaders can apply straight away, from speaking with clarity and persuasion to staying effective under pressure. Audiences leave with a clear picture of the communication that earns influence rather than demands it.
Simon Hofer combines 25 years in business, a successful exit, and a communication model backed by Swiss government research with hands-on training of C-level executives through the Swiss Academy. For events focused on leadership, change, or AI, that mix gives audiences both credibility and tools they can use immediately.

No. PepTalk adds no booking fee, so you pay the speaker's fee and nothing beyond it. The service, from shortlist through to contracts and event-day logistics, is included. For repeat or multi-event bookings, PepTalk can agree preferential rates with your procurement team.
Share your event date, audience, format, objectives and budget, and PepTalk sends a hand-picked shortlist within 24 hours. Each suggestion comes with a profile, a fee and a recommendation on the strongest fit. Once you choose, PepTalk handles contracts, travel and logistics through to event day.
The typical fee range is the speaker's standard in-person fee in their home market, shown in their local currency. It moves with format, location, date and session length: virtual sessions and shorter slots usually cost less, while international travel and peak dates cost more. Send your brief to PepTalk and the team will confirm the exact fee in your currency.
Not all of them, and it makes no difference to your booking. PepTalk's network of 15,000+ speakers covers talent the team works with directly alongside speakers represented by agents and agencies worldwide. PepTalk approaches the speaker, negotiates the fee and handles contracting either way.
Three to six months ahead is comfortable for most events, and 12 months is better for large conferences, peak-season dates or one specific in-demand speaker. Shorter timelines are workable, and PepTalk regularly fills last-minute and replacement bookings within days. Availability is the constraint, so get in touch as soon as you have a date.
