Amplifying Expert Voices: How to Share a Guest Post on the PepTalk Blog
Amplifying expert voices is central to what we do at PepTalk, and one of the simplest ways to do it is by inviting our speakers and experts to share a guest post. If you have a fresh take on leadership, thought leadership, innovation or workplace culture, writing for the PepTalk blog puts your thinking in front of a wider audience and helps position you as a genuine expert in your field.
Why Guest Posts Help Amplify Expert Voices
Every guest post on the PepTalk Journal is part of a wider effort to put our network of speakers and experts in front of the people who book them. A well-argued piece of thought leadership gives event organisers a genuine sense of how you think, not just what you cover on stage, and it sits alongside your PepTalk speaker profile as another way for a prospective client to get to know your expertise before they reach out. We publish guest posts across a range of formats, from listicles and opinion pieces to trend analysis and practical how-tos, and each one carries your byline, a link back to your website, and a link to your PepTalk profile.
What Makes a Great Article?
We encourage articles that are:
✔ Practical & Insightful. Share actionable advice or fresh perspectives.
✔ Conversational & Engaging. Avoid jargon; write as if you’re speaking to a live audience.
✔ Timely & Relevant. Link to current trends, innovations, or challenges in your field.
✔ Contrarian & Thought-Provoking. Do you disagree with a common industry belief? Tell us why.

- Length: Articles should be at least 600 words of original content.

- Use Proper Headings: Structure your article with H1, H2, H3, and H4 headings for readability.
- Images: Please do not include stock images. Our design team will source a hero image. However, original photos, graphics, and screenshots are welcome if they enhance the content.
Good to Know
- Visibility & Promotion: Your article will include a link to your website, a short bio, and a link to your PepTalk speaker profile. We’ll also share it on social media and tag you for additional exposure.
- Unpaid Opportunity: This initiative is part of our effort to highlight more expert voices on our platform. While we can’t offer payment, it’s a great way to showcase your insights to a wider audience.
- Editorial Timing: We’ll do our best to publish your article as soon as possible, but there may be some delays as we fit it into our editorial calendar.
