Story-led workshops

We know that stories stick. According to Stanford Graduate School of Business Professor Jennifer Aaker, stories are up to 22 times more memorable than facts or figures alone. Using stories to change behaviours

A story is a connected set of events with a beginning, a middle, and an end. It's a journey that moves the listener. When the listener goes on that journey, they feel different, and the result is persuasion and sometimes action. The PepTalk team set out to answer the question: how do we ensure lasting change?

The solution is simple: our workshops pair a real-world expert with an experienced facilitator to drive genuine behaviour change through exercises and activities based on the story insights. This comes together in a 90-minute-long masterclass divided into three phases: inspire, translate, and activate.

Inspire

The workshop kicks off with objectives and an enlightening presentation from the expert, which ignites curiosity and sets a dynamic tone for the session.

Translate

Participants actively translate the high-level lessons into their personal contexts, applying a relevant framework to ensure practical application.

Activate

The workshop concludes with attendees refining their ideas with direct feedback from the expert and transforming insights into actionable outcomes.
