Dan Cable is Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. His research and teaching focus on organisational culture, fostering positive emotions, and encouraging employee commitment. He has been shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Talent Award and has received two “Best article” awards from the Academy of Management. Additionally, he is ranked among the “Top 25 most influential management scholars” by the Academy of Management Perspectives.
Dan's latest book, Exceptional, was published in September 2020. His previous works include Alive at Work: The Neuroscience of Helping Your People Love What They Do, released in 2018, and Change to Strange. He has also edited two books and published over 50 articles in leading scientific journals. His recent research has appeared in the Academy of Management Journal and Administrative Science Quarterly and has been featured in major publications such as the Economist, Financial Times, Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, CNBC, New York Times, Sloan Management Review, and Business Week.
