Darren Edwards is an adaptive adventurer and expedition leader who helps leaders and teams adapt, perform, and stay resilient through uncertainty and change.
After a near-fatal climbing accident left him paralysed from the chest down, Darren rebuilt his life through record-breaking expeditions, including kayaking the length of Britain, completing the World Marathon Challenge, and leading a pioneering sit-ski expedition towards the South Pole. A former serviceman, he is the founder of Adaptive Expeditions and the author of Strength Through Adversity.
