Hélène Barnekow is an internationally acclaimed leader with 30 years in the technology sector in different C-level positions. Hélène has an extensive international career in companies like Ericsson, Sony Ericsson, EMC, (Dell Technologies), Telia and Microsoft Sweden.
Hélène has a true passion for creating lasting and sustainable change through people – using her value-based leadership to effect transformations, to build lasting corporate cultures and make diversity & inclusion an integral part. Her trademark is truly value-based leadership, which is the topic of her published book “Re:start”.
Hélène has extensive board experience with GN Store Nord A/S, Handelsbanken AB, Schibsted A/S and The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in the UK. She is also a Partner of Ascension A/S where she takes on advisory roles and projects within the field of leadership, organization and transformation. Hélène holds a Master of International Business, University of Lund, Sweden.
